Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

They’ll be gone faster than you can say the name. I’ve never come across a person, young or old who doesn’t love these chewy, melt-in-the-mouth cookies. Definitely a crowd pleaser.


  • 2/3 cup butter, softened
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1-1/2 cup flour
  • 1-1/2 cup dry oats (quick of old fashioned)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 ounces dried cranberries (1 package)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Preheat over to 375ºF

Cream butter and brown sugar, add eggs. In a separate bowl mix oats, flour, baking soda and salt. Add flour mixture to butter mixture in several small batches. This is easier with a mixer, but it can be done without. Pour cranberries and white chocolate chips in bowl. Mix with a spoon.

Make about 30 teaspoon-sized cookies, or larger on a baking/cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 375º. Cool on rack.
